beautiful groundsstately homefriendly staff
the grounds were beautiful. the building had a stately home feel. the views from the pool relaxers were calming.. the staff was super friendly and experienced.
the room temperature was too warm during both nights of my stay. it did affect my sleep.

The room felt quite outdated. i noticed cobwebs and some mold in the bathroom. It wasn't very clean. the bed wasn't as comfortable as i expected. i also found the spa facilities lacking. The sauna and steam room weren't open at the same time, inconvenient.

The room was clean and the location proved wonderful. I made use of the spa facilities. The staff was so helpful there, and my daughters enjoyed their massages . The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were very nice (and not too crowded!).
The outdated interior felt a bit like stepping back in time.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the bustle of the town centre. I walked to the bishops palace, enjoying the evening. The grounds are beautiful. (i spent a good amount of time there!).
